5 charges against 4 employees in the case of forging COVID vaccination certificates case

The second judicial body specialized in corruption cases at Amman Criminal Court headed by Judge Dr. Uday Al-Fraihat, decided to leave four government employees free without arrest and to call Public Prosecution witnesses to be heard in the next session in the case of issuing certificates of illegal vaccination against the emerging corona virus.

The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Public Prosecutor, Muawiya Al-Saeeda, charged the four defendants, who are government employees, with five counts; negligence in performing job duties, wasting public funds, investing the job, false certification, and interfering with the issuance of a fake certification.
During the public session held by Al-Fraihat, today, Tuesday, the court asked three of the defendants about the charges against them, and two of them answered that they are not guilty, while the third answered that he is guilty, and the fourth defendant is still in the loose.
