Send A Complaint

Guidance for the complainants and whilst blowers:
  • Write down the complainant's name and telephone number to facilitate communication with him and request appropriate clarification.
  • Ensure that the complaint or the information is clearly written, away from ambiguity and generality, which facilitates the work of the concerned authorities in the Commission.
  • Fillin the mandatory data for complaints and information contained on the website.
  • Provide the Commission with the necessary supporting documentation for the information included in the complaint.
  • Call attention of the user to the provisions of Article 16 (b) of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Law No. 13 of 2016, which states that the Commission does not have jurisdiction to consider the following:
    • Disputes and complaints between individuals.
    • Complaints falling within the jurisdiction of any other official regulatory body which, if it had disclosed any act involving a criminal offense, must refer the perpetrator to the Public Prosecution.
    • Complaints and grievances subject to administrative or judicial appeal.
