Guidance for the complainants and whilst blowers:
  • Write down the complainant's name and telephone number to facilitate communication with him and request appropriate clarification.
  • Ensure that the complaint or the information is clearly written, away from ambiguity and generality, which facilitates the work of the concerned authorities in the Commission.
  • Fillin the mandatory data for complaints and information contained on the website.
  • Provide the Commission with the necessary supporting documentation for the information included in the complaint.
  • Call attention of the user to the provisions of Article 16 (b) of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Law No. 13 of 2016, which states that the Commission does not have jurisdiction to consider the following:
    • Disputes and complaints between individuals.
    • Complaints falling within the jurisdiction of any other official regulatory body which, if it had disclosed any act involving a criminal offense, must refer the perpetrator to the Public Prosecution.
    • Complaints and grievances subject to administrative or judicial appeal.

It is noteworthy that the Commission is responsible under the provisions of the Integrity Act to protect the informer and the reporter of suspicions cases of corruption in accordance with the provisions of the law of the Integrity and anti-corruption and accordingly it ensures concealment of the name of the reporter, or giving him a certain symbol.
